EPS Program implements plan to organize departure to Korea
EPS Program, Overseas Labor Center announces the list of workers participating in the concentrated departure on August 3, 2025. In order for the departure organization to be carried out as planned and in compliance with regulations, Overseas Labor Center.

Examination content: Syphilis test, drug test, pregnancy diagnosis (for women), chest X-ray.
For chest X-ray, it is only performed for workers whose time from the health examination at the orientation course to the departure date is: over 03 months;

Workers need to prepare when arriving at the exit gathering: Accompanying documents such as: 01 Deposit Confirmation; 01 copy of the Contract for sending workers to work in Korea; 01 copy of the Deposit Contract. 04 photos measuring 3cmx4cm, ballpoint pen, 01 smart phone using 3G or 4G sim.
Documents to bring to open a bank account in Korea: Citizen ID card (original and 02 certified copies); 02 copies of Passport; 03 contracts signed between the Korean enterprise and the employee; information about the employee's personal tax code. Employees can register for a personal tax code online at the General Department of Taxation's website.
To avoid the situation where workers, after entering Korea, have to return home due to a positive drug test result, it is recommended that workers do not use drugs containing Codeine, Scopolamine, or active ingredients found in opium poppies before departure (about 3-4 days), including the following drugs: cough medicine, pain relievers, motion sickness medicine, diarrhea medicine, and anti-emetics.
After entering the country, you must strictly comply with the epidemic prevention regulations of the Korean authorities. In case of violation, you will be handled according to Korean regulations and may be required to return home.
In case of not being able to gather for departure according to this notice, workers are requested to immediately notify the local Department of Home Affairs with a written statement clearly stating the reason for delaying departure so that the Overseas Labor Center has a basis to notify the Korean side.
