305 households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park have handed over their land.

(DN) - On June 29, after the campaign to disseminate and mobilize households to hand over their land, organized by Bien Hoa city, a total of 305 households agreed to hand over their land so that Dong Nai province could implement the project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment.

To focus on site clearance at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee has established two working groups, coordinating with the local Party Committee and authorities of An Binh Ward and the City Land Fund Development Center to focus on propagating and mobilizing households located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to hand over the site from May 26.

After more than 1 month of implementation, 217 more households agreed to hand over the land, bringing the total number of households handed over to 305. Of which, the priority areas under the direction of the province have basically completed the land clearance work.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee Ho Van Nam emphasized: with the "dual" key task - focusing on arranging the two-level apparatus and implementing site clearance work - having nearly 220 households agree to hand over in just over 1 month is a great effort in the propaganda and mobilization process of the entire city's political system.

The Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee acknowledged and praised the spirit and responsibility of the team of cadres assigned to carry out site clearance work at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, not afraid of hardships and difficulties, sticking closely to the area until the last days before the city ended its district and city-level activities under the new model.

The leaders of Bien Hoa City Party Committee also expressed their deep gratitude to the households who agreed to relocate, dismantle the construction, and hand over the site so that the State could implement the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment, for the purpose of socio -economic development of the province.

For the remaining households that have not yet handed over the site, the city leaders assigned the Party Committee and the government of Tran Bien ward to continue implementing solutions according to regulations to soon complete the handover of the site at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park after July 1, 2025.
