Compared to the previous manual production method, Binh Lieu dong vermicelli is now produced with modern machinery, ensuring many extremely strict standards.

This is also an important premise to help businesses break through to get closer to consumers, as well as create a step forward to reach the 5-star OCOP product journey. Recently, the company has invested in an additional coating and drying machine system and a boiler worth over 2.7 billion VND, contributing to shortening the manual vermicelli drying process, not depending on the weather, helping to reduce labor, increase output, but still ensuring quality. In addition, we also focus on changing packaging designs, models, and product types to suit customer needs while still carrying the local cultural identity.
The province currently has 8 OCOP products ranked at the national level (5 stars). The province prioritizes developing products from indigenous plants and animals such as yellow flower tea, sea worms, oysters, mineral water, etc. Along with that, it supports OCOP entities to build raw material areas according to VietGAP and organic standards, ensuring clear traceability, creating a solid foundation for the product upgrading process. Production facilities are supported to invest in modern technological lines, applying closed, environmentally friendly processes.
The province also focuses on packaging design, labeling and product branding. 5-star OCOP products not only meet quality standards but also have a professional, modern image, ready to approach demanding domestic and foreign markets. Currently, the province has issued 1,339 system accounts, with 236 management accounts, 1,103 operating accounts and 2,630 QR codes for agricultural and aquatic products.
