Instead of wearing evening gowns like the Miss Earth 2023 contestants, Luz Adriana Lopez Ayala - Colombia's representative wore an ao dai with highlights on the upper body.

Sharing with the MC, runner-up Thuy Dung, the Colombian beauty said: "I am very excited to attend the event to introduce all Miss Earth 2023 contestants. Participating in Miss Earth is a great opportunity for us to learn and exchange about culture and the environment. I hope to be able to contribute to spreading the message of environmental protection and sustainable development to the international community. According to the Miss Earth Organizing Committee, at the event welcoming the Miss Earth 2023 contestants, the beauties will have the opportunity to compete for the "Best in Long Gown" sub-award. The winner of this award will be announced in the evening gown competition at the Miss Earth semi-final night taking place on December 17.

In addition, Miss Earth also added the "Best Appearance" award for the beauty with the most impressive appearance, through voting on social networks. "This award will be a great advantage for the contestants before entering the main competitions of this year's contest," said a representative of the Miss Earth Organizing Committee.
