(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of March 15, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District coordinated with the Housing Management and Trading Company Limited and the Department of Construction to organize the 10th draw to determine apartment locations for households in old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh Ward who are eligible to be arranged to live in apartment buildings HH3-HH4 and HH1.
