98 workers' houses in Trang Bom commune put into use

On July 20, information from Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, apartment building No. 5 (block CC5) of the Housing Development Project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center (located in Trang Bom commune), was accepted by the Department of Construction to be put into use.

Block CC5 has a construction area of ^700m2 , including: 5 floors, a total of 98 apartments. The investor has inspected and accepted the construction part of the project, fire prevention and fighting according to regulations.

The above project has 6 blocks, with a scale of 620 apartments. Currently, the investor has completed the construction of 2 blocks, with a scale of more than 200 apartments. Previously, the project's home buyers were limited to workers working in industrial parks. However, according to current regulations, there are more than 10 groups of people who are allowed to buy social housing in this project.
