Ho Chi Minh Museum announces Decisions on staff organization

On the afternoon of July 29, in Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh Museum held a conference to announce the decisions on personnel organization for departments and offices after the process of arrangement and consolidation under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Attending the conference were Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Party Secretary, Director; comrades in the Board of Directors, managers and a number of officials and employees of the departments under the Museum.

Implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus and reorganizing the apparatus towards effectiveness and efficiency according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee, on July 4, 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 2372/QD-BVHTTDL stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ho Chi Minh Museum. According to this Decision, from July 4, 2025, the organizational structure of the Ho Chi Minh Museum includes the Board of Directors and 08 specialized and professional departments:

1. Administrative and General Department

2. Technical and Security Department

3. Collection and Documentation Department

4. Inventory and Preservation Department

5. Showroom

6. Department of Education

7. Professional Guidance Department

8. Communications Department

Speaking at the Conference, Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Museum, emphasized that comrades who have received new tasks need to quickly approach the work, promote professional capacity, solidarity and collective responsibility with the Museum to successfully complete the tasks in the coming time. He also requested each individual to be proactive and creative in management work, strictly implement the Party's guidelines and orientations, the State's laws and policies as well as professional and technical work; closely coordinate between departments and divisions within the agency to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

At the Conference, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh Museum presented Decisions on transfer and rotation of managers, officials and employees of departments after the arrangement and consolidation.
