According to Mr. Le Thanh Tinh - Deputy Director of BIDV Gia Lai, this model is a strong transformation in the process of administrative procedure reform, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses, while promoting digital transformation in Gia Lai province.
Accordingly, BIDV Gia Lai cooperated with Gia Lai Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Branch 2, to deploy free online public service agents at 6 transaction points in the area to guide and support people and businesses to look up, access and use public administrative services on the online platform. People and businesses can go to BIDV Gia Lai transaction locations to receive support to perform online public services safely and effectively.
