Binh Thuan: 230 candidates take the first driving test organized by the police

This is the first test held in Binh Thuan province since the Ministry of Public Security took over and managed the work of granting and exchanging motorcycle driving licenses from the old Ministry of Transport.

On the morning of June 16, in Tanh Linh district, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Province coordinated with functional units to organize an examination for granting A1 motorcycle driving licenses.

This is the first test held in Binh Thuan province since the Ministry of Public Security took over and managed the work of granting and exchanging motorcycle driving licenses from the old Ministry of Transport.

Candidates taking the theory test

At the exam, 230 candidates from Tanh Linh district were present on time, bringing all required documents and papers.

The organization was carried out systematically, including comparison, identification, checking of personal documents, along with theoretical and practical driving tests on standard motorcycle driving courses.

According to the records, the majority of candidates were well prepared in terms of knowledge and driving skills. The passing rate in both the theory and practical exams was quite high.

All examiners work objectively and transparently, ensuring fairness for all candidates.

The assessment is performed using an automatic scoring system, minimizing errors or negativity during the assessment process.

A representative of the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Province said: “The transfer of management and issuance of motorcycle driving licenses from the Ministry of Transport (formerly) to the Ministry of Public Security aims to increase management efficiency, ensure traffic safety, and create more favorable conditions for people to register for driving lessons and take driving tests. We are committed to conducting the test in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity and transparency, creating a serious and accurate testing environment and not causing inconvenience to people.”

After the success of the test in Tanh Linh district, in the coming time, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Province will continue to organize tests in many other localities in the province.
