The 2nd Ninh Binh - Trang An Festival in 2023 is taking place in Ninh Binh . The new point of this Festival is to aim at socializing the organization of the festival, so most of the activities in the Festival program are sponsored, accompanied, and coordinated by businesses, organizations, and individuals.

The 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival in 2023 takes place from December 26 to December 31, 2023 with special cultural and artistic events: Opening art program with the theme "Heritage colors Convergence and spread"; Southern cultural heritage program; Northern and Central cultural heritage program; closing festival and welcoming the new year 2024 at Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, Thung Nham Eco- tourism Area, Ninh Binh province.

This is an important cultural and tourism event to promote the cultural heritage values, fine traditions of the people, the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and the cultural heritage values of regions and areas in the country; promote cultural exchange activities, thereby contributing to building cultural tourism products to serve the people and domestic and international tourists when coming to Ninh Binh, gradually building Ninh Binh Festival into a national and international brand.
