Returning to Europe, Mr. Joe Biden will have to find a way to reassure European allies in the context of less than a month until the US presidential election, in which former US President Donald Trump, who has always had a tough attitude, is likely to be re-elected.

Joe Biden's last day in Germany will be spent at a conference to support Ukraine, held at the US military base in Ramstein, with more than 50 countries allied to Ukraine, including 32 NATO members.
In the context of fatigue among Ukraine's allies due to the prolonged Russia-Ukraine conflict, the second international conference on resolving the conflict in Ukraine will not take place as scheduled in November due to lack of consensus, Mr. Joe Biden will have to find ways to strengthen the alliance supporting Ukraine.
Finally, there is discussion with Europe about the hot issue of the Middle East in the face of the risk of Israel retaliating against Iran. Although Washington supports Tel Aviv, it is concerned that escalating conflicts will force the US to become more involved in the region.
