Nam Dinh Club recruits striker taller than 2 meters

Ahead of the 2025-2026 season, Nam Dinh Club attracted attention when recruiting foreign player Kyle Hudlin, whose height is in the top 10 in the world.

Late on July 18, Nam Dinh Steel Club introduced a new contract named Kyle Hudlin. This player was born in 2000, is British, and plays the striker position.

Kyle Hudlin's career peak came in the 2023-2024 season, when he played 9 matches for Huddersfield Town in the English Championship. In the most recent season before joining Nam Dinh Club, Kyle only played in League Two (English Fourth Division), scoring 6 goals in 27 matches for Newport County in this arena.

Kyle Hudlin has the advantage of height, reaching 2.06m. On the world male player height rankings as of 2022, Kyle Hudlin is ranked 6th, 4cm shorter than the world's tallest player, goalkeeper Simon Bloch Jorgensen (Germany).

Besides Kyle Hudlin, Nam Dinh also announced a successful deal with Njabulo Blom, a South African national team player.

Njabulo Blom was born in 1999 and plays as a midfielder. He is a familiar face in the Major League Soccer - MLS, having played for St. Louis City SC. Njabulo Blom has also been called up and played for the South African national team.
