The Central Inspection Commission accepts software serving the Party's inspection and supervision work.

On the morning of July 17, the Central Inspection Commission organized the acceptance of the software for receiving feedback and recommendations to serve the Party's inspection and supervision work and the software for the Party Disciplinary Enforcement Database.

Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission chaired the Conference. Also attending were leaders of the General Department, the Office of the Agency, representatives of departments and units under the Central Inspection Commission and the software development consulting unit.

The conference listened to the software development consulting unit - Technical Application and Production Company Limited (Tecapro) introduce and perform operations on 02 software: (1) Receiving feedback and recommendations to serve the inspection and supervision work of the Party applying national electronic identification; (2) Database for Party discipline enforcement. The Central Inspection Commission assigned the General Department to preside over the implementation of the two software.

The software for receiving feedback and recommendations to serve the Party's inspection and supervision work allows cadres, party members and citizens to access the national electronic identification application VneID to make recommendations and feedback on issues related to the Party's inspection and supervision work. The software meets practical requirements that need to diversify channels for collecting and receiving information, recommendations and feedback, contributing to early and remote warnings as well as to promptly detect and handle violations. This is a very necessary information channel for inspection officers to grasp the situation to serve regular supervision work.

The Party Disciplinary Enforcement Database Software is created on the basis of daily digitized inspection and monitoring documents and uses an AI model to support the formation of a shared database throughout the Inspection Sector. The software integrates indicators related to the enforcement of Party discipline for Party organizations and Party members, connects with other databases of the Sector to serve the construction of periodic and ad hoc reports, evaluate violations and violators; manage Party organizations and Party members towards the purpose of inspection and monitoring in the digital environment.

Delegates give opinions at the Acceptance Conference

At the acceptance conference, opinions were evaluated that the 02 software were built intuitively, easy to use, meeting the needs of synthesizing reports, exploiting information to serve the regular consulting and monitoring work of the Inspection Industry. Some opinions were exchanged, discussed, and clarified some issues to continue to improve the software in the coming time.

Concluding the Conference, comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, acknowledged the efforts of the General Department and the consulting unit on the basis of the issued core business processes, proactively advising the Central Inspection Committee to build software that meets the requirements of implementing tasks in practice, in line with the orientation of building a synchronous data system to implement "data-based monitoring, data-based inspection" according to the conclusion of General Secretary To Lam .

Comrade Hoang Trong Hung requested the General Department and the consulting unit Tecapro to absorb the comments at the Conference to complete and quickly operate, exploit and use the software effectively. He also emphasized that the software must be simple, easy to access, easy to apply, capable of integrating, connecting, sharing, expanding and securing information; at the same time, he noted the regulations on decentralization and authorization of use to ensure that the data is "correct, sufficient, clean and alive", effectively serving the inspection and supervision work of the Party. He requested Tecapro Company to send staff to support during the operation of the software; he requested the Office of the Agency to prepare the necessary conditions to deploy the software operation according to the Digital Transformation Plan of the Party Inspection Sector.
