On the afternoon of March 3, at West Coast Flavors Company (Phuc Son Industrial Park, Ninh Binh City), the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized the 3rd excellent cooking contest for workers, civil servants, and laborers in industrial parks in 2024 with the theme "Family meals, warm love".
The contest is a practical activity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (March 17, 2004 - March 17, 2024); 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union (March 31, 2009 - March 31, 2024).
The competition was attended by 22 teams representing grassroots unions in the province’s industrial zones; each team consisted of 3 members. The requirement was that in 70 minutes, each team would cook a family meal for 6 people, costing no more than 500,000 VND.
In a joyful, exciting atmosphere with a spirit of solidarity, the teams completed their entries on time and according to the prescribed rules; most of the teams chose to cook dishes in a traditional and modern style and presented them beautifully and creatively.
The contest aims to create a useful playground for cadres, union members and workers to have the opportunity to demonstrate their talents and ingenuity in housework; at the same time, it is an opportunity to exchange and strengthen solidarity and cohesion among union members in the province's industrial zones.
