According to the patient, on the afternoon of June 26, while cutting trees behind his house, he accidentally disturbed a wasp nest and was stung by a swarm of bees.

Through examination and medical history, doctors determined that Mr. D. had grade 3 anaphylactic shock. Immediately, the patient was injected with anti-shock drugs, given intravenous fluids, oxygen, and had his vital signs closely monitored.

However, the patient's condition worsened, falling into a coma and respiratory failure. Mr. D. was transferred to the Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department for endotracheal intubation, intravenous fluids, vasopressor drugs and intensive treatment.

There, doctors diagnosed Mr. D. with heart failure, acute kidney failure, and rhabdomyolysis - a serious muscle breakdown condition that causes electrolyte disturbances and is life-threatening. The patient received intensive treatment, including continuous blood filtration combined with adsorption filtration to remove toxins caused by bee venom.

After 4 days of intensive treatment, the patient was conscious, breathing on his own and the endotracheal tube was removed. On July 1, Mr. D. was transferred to the Department of Tropical Diseases for further monitoring and recovery.
