Da Nang evaluates officials and civil servants by KPI

(NLDO) - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City requested that units have working regulations according to the "6 clear" motto, and implement the assessment of task completion level using KPI.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, has just issued a directive on rectifying discipline and administrative order in the city.

According to the directive, in recent times, with the goal of "Administrative reform towards people and businesses being the center", administrative reform, strengthening of discipline and administrative order have always been directed and implemented by the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee.

Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee, inspected the operation of the 2-level local government model at the Ben Giang Commune Public Administration Service Center, Da Nang City.

Initially, the implementation of the 2-level local government model in Da Nang city recorded many positive results, demonstrating the efforts of agencies and units.

However, through practical monitoring of the general operations of the two-level local government model, there are still a number of agencies, units, and localities that have not proactively and resolutely implemented assigned work, or have implemented it but with slow progress.

Discipline and administrative discipline in some places and some communal-level Public Administration Service Centers are not yet strict, and the work of arranging, receiving, processing and circulating documents is still confusing.

Besides, in the process of coordinating work handling, there is still a situation of evasion, shirking responsibility, and lack of strictness, especially in the field of land (including transitional records in the process of implementing the 2-level local government model), directly affecting the rights of people and businesses.

To strengthen discipline, administrative order, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in implementing the two-level local government model, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City requested agencies, units and localities to seriously implement specific measures.

Da Nang: "6 clear", digital signature and KPI

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City requested heads of agencies and units in the city to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement regulations on public service culture, discipline, administrative discipline, anti-corruption, and at the same time enhance the sense of responsibility with the motto "taking people and businesses as the center".

Handling administrative records must be flexible, not stereotyped, ensuring the correct time and sufficient content, avoiding the situation of pushing and avoiding.

Units need to review and adjust working regulations according to the "6 clear" motto (clear people, clear work, clear results, clear authority, clear progress, clear responsibility) and implement assessment of task completion level of cadres, civil servants and public employees using KPI to improve responsibility and service quality.

For cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, the core requirement is to strictly comply with legal regulations, improve public ethics, awareness of serving the people, properly perform duties and tasks and comply with discipline.
