On the morning of April 12, leaders of Vinh Loc district offered incense at the revolutionary historical relic of Xuan Ang Pagoda ( Vinh Long commune) - where the first Party cell of Vinh Loc district was established, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the first Communist Party cell - the predecessor of Vinh Loc district Party Committee (April 16, 1934 - April 16, 2024).

In a solemn atmosphere, officials and leaders of Vinh Loc district respectfully offered incense to express gratitude and commemorate the contributions of senior party members who founded, educated and trained the first Party Cell.
Promoting the glorious tradition of the homeland, the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Loc always uphold the spirit of solidarity and the desire for innovation and advancement, focusing on leadership and direction to seriously implement, creatively and flexibly apply directives, resolutions, guidelines and policies of the Party, State and the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee to local practice.

Proud of the Party and the glorious revolutionary tradition of the homeland, the Vinh Loc District Party Committee continues to promote studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh ; promote patriotic emulation movements with the spirit of solidarity, unity, determination to act and aspiration for development; join hands and unite to build the heroic homeland of Vinh Loc to soon become an advanced New Rural District.
