Land along the river in Da Nang costs 286 million VND/m2, much higher than the price in the central area

(Dan Tri) - Bach Dang Street along the Han River ( Da Nang ) has land prices of up to 286 million VND/m2. Meanwhile, Le Duan Street located in the city center has the highest land price of 158 million VND/m2.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced the decision to adjust and supplement the land price list in the city for the period 2020-2024, effective from January 1.

According to the new decision, the highest land price on Bach Dang Street (along the Han River), from Le Duan Street to Nguyen Van Linh Street, increased to more than 286 million VND/m2, an increase of nearly 2.9 times compared to the adjustment in 2021.

Previously, in 2021, the land price on Bach Dang Street was 98.8 million VND/m2. In this adjustment, the Han River route is divided into 4 price levels, with the lowest level being 148 million VND/m2.

Le Duan Street, from Tran Phu Street to Hoang Hoa Tham Street (city center), has a land price of 158 million VND/m2, 1.6 times higher than the previous adjustment.

Nguyen Van Linh Street (connecting Dragon Bridge) has a land price range of 98 to 177 million VND/m2, with the section from Phan Thanh to Bach Dang having the highest price. Tran Hung Dao Street (east bank of Han River) has the highest land price of 110 million VND/m2, belonging to the section from Han River Bridge to Dragon Bridge.

The lowest land price is 1.7 million VND/m2, located in Thanh Vinh alley (Lien Chieu district), equivalent to the previous price.

Regarding commercial service land, the highest price also belongs to the frontage of Bach Dang Street (section Le Duan to Nguyen Van Linh), with a price of nearly 172 million VND/m2, an increase of nearly 2.5 times compared to the adjustment in 2021.

This decision of the People's Committee of Da Nang City also adjusts land prices for 146 newly named roads and adds land prices for 19 locations and roads that have not yet had their land prices regulated at the request of the People's Committees of districts.
