Attending a shareholders' meeting, a person unexpectedly won 500 million VND

(NLDO)- CII organized a lucky draw for shareholders attending the congress, in which Mr. Tran Ngoc Be won the highest prize of 500 million VND.

At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on January 15, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the investment policy for the Ho Chi Minh City - My Thuan Expressway and issued bonds worth VND4,500 billion.

In particular, the company also organizes lucky draws for shareholders. Participating in the contest were those who owned 1,000 CII shares. As a result, the special prize, with the highest value of 500 million VND, went to a shareholder named Tran Ngoc Be, and a shareholder named Nguyen Quoc Thai won the first prize worth 100 million VND.

13 other shareholders won 3 16 Pro Max phones and 10 gold bars. In particular, shareholders who attended, even if they had only a few shares, received 50,000 VND in gratitude.

CII technical infrastructure projects have been implemented

In fact, in the past, shareholders' meetings were often not successful due to the low attendance. Therefore, some companies organized gifts and prizes to encourage shareholders to attend in full.

Returning to CII's congress, shareholders approved the plan to adjust the dividend payment date for 2022 and the first installment of 2023 at a rate of 5% in cash.

The congress also approved the investment policy for the Ho Chi Minh City - My Thuan expressway expansion project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, and the plan to issue convertible bonds with a total issuance value of VND4,500 billion.

CII has been participating in many important infrastructure projects. Among them, the Ho Chi Minh City - My Thuan Expressway expansion project is currently CII's largest project group.

This project will be implemented by the consortium CII – Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company – Tasco Joint Stock Company. The pre-feasibility study report shows that the project will expand about 91 km of highway with a scale of 6-8 lanes and a total investment of nearly 38,700 billion VND.
