Generali Vietnam increases charter capital to over VND 8,200 billion

(Dan Tri) - Generali Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited has just announced its decision to increase its capital by an additional VND1,000 billion, raising its charter capital to VND8,202.6 billion.

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh, General Director of Generali Vietnam, emphasized: "Vietnam has always been one of Generali's key markets in Asia. The increase in charter capital affirms that Generali Group will continue to invest heavily in the Vietnamese market, commit to sustainable development and accompany millions of Vietnamese families in protecting long-term financial security."

This decision was approved by the Ministry of Finance , clearly demonstrating Generali's commitment to long-term investment and strengthening its position in the Vietnamese market.

With nearly 14 years of operation in Vietnam, Generali Vietnam has built a solid position with the motto "Simple, effective, customer-centric".

The company owns a diverse product portfolio, with the R-NPS index (customer satisfaction measurement) leading the market for 3 consecutive years (2021-2023). Generali Vietnam is also constantly expanding its network, currently having a multi-channel distribution system in more than 40 provinces and cities and a network of more than 450 hospitals and clinics affiliated with hospital fee guarantees.

As of November 2024, the company has paid more than 3,300 billion VND in insurance benefits for 1.2 million cases, affirming its reputation and responsibility to customers.
