Gasoline prices increase, diesel 0.05S reaches 18,917 VND/liter

From 3:00 p.m. on November 7, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance announced an adjustment to gasoline prices with an upward trend. Accordingly, the price of RON95-III gasoline increased by 351 VND, reaching 20,854 VND/liter; the price of 0.05S diesel oil was adjusted up by 769 VND, to 18,917 VND/liter.

Accordingly, the new price of E5 gasoline is 19,744 VND/liter, an increase of 336 VND/liter. Similarly, RON 95-III gasoline increased by 351 VND, reaching 20,854 VND/liter.

The price of 0.05S diesel oil was adjusted up by 769 VND, to 18,917 VND/liter. Kerosene oil is 19,294 VND/liter, up 461 VND/liter compared to the current base price; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is not higher than 16,394 VND/kg, down 67 VND/kg.

The joint ministries decided not to set aside and not to spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5 RON 92 gasoline, RON 95 gasoline, diesel, kerosene and fuel oil products in this management period.

During the operating period from October 31 to November 6, the world oil market was strongly affected by factors such as conflicts in the Middle East, OPEC+'s decision to postpone increasing oil production, and the prolonged Russia-Ukraine war.

These factors have caused world oil prices to fluctuate, with increases and decreases depending on the product type.

Specifically, the average price of finished products between the two operating periods (October 31 and November 7) showed an increase in the prices of many types of fuel: RON 92 gasoline reached 79.970 USD/barrel, an increase of 2.064 USD/barrel, equivalent to 2.65%; RON 95 gasoline reached 85.500 USD/barrel, an increase of 1.852 USD/barrel, equivalent to 2.21%; kerosene reached 90.910 USD/barrel, an increase of 2.664 USD/barrel, equivalent to 3.02%...
