Ha Tinh receives support for 10 houses for poor households

The companionship and support of businesses contribute to the Party Committee and government of Ha Tinh province in effectively implementing social security work in general and building houses for poor households in particular.

On the morning of January 14, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized to receive financial support for building houses for poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances from businesses.

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Nhat Tan and leaders of several localities also attended.

Representative of the sponsoring unit presented the logo of support for 10 houses to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and localities.

At the program, representatives of the sponsoring units, Hoang Thanh Joint Stock Company and 479 Joint Stock Company, presented a symbol of support of 700 million VND to build 10 houses for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households in the districts of Vu Quang, Thach Ha and Ky Anh.

Mr. Dinh Van Thanh - representative of the sponsoring units shared: with this amount of funding, the leaders, officers and employees of Hoang Thanh Joint Stock Company and 479 Joint Stock Company wish to join hands and contribute with local Party committees and authorities to carry out social security work in the area.

Receiving the support, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Nhat Tan thanked the leaders, officers and employees of the companies for their attention and support and affirmed that the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee in coordination with localities will allocate this amount of money promptly, transparently and to the right subjects.

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also provided an overview of Ha Tinh's outstanding achievements in social security in general and housing construction for the poor in particular. At the same time, he hoped to continue receiving support and companionship from businesses, groups and individuals in the coming time.

Responding to the campaign "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind", in 2023, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Ha Tinh proactively and flexibly mobilized resources and coordinated to support the construction of 2,486 houses worth nearly 180 billion VND for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households; supported the construction of 9 community cultural houses combined with storm and flood shelters worth 18 billion VND in localities across the province.
