According to Reuters news agency, in the session on April 20 (local time), the US House of Representatives passed a $61 billion aid bill for Ukraine.

Accordingly, nearly 14 billion USD will be spent on training and equipment to serve the needs of the Ukrainian army. Kiev will also receive 10 billion USD in the form of "forgivable or deferred loans" to support the Ukrainian economy and budget, including support for the energy sector and infrastructure restoration.
The aid package will now go to the US Senate for consideration and approval on April 23. The final decision is almost certain to be passed, clearing the way for President Biden to sign it into law. President Joe Biden has previously pledged to sign the bill as soon as he receives it.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky welcomed the US House of Representatives' approval of the aid package. On the same day, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and European Council President Charles Michel also praised the US House of Representatives' move. Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that the US House of Representatives' approval of the bill would cause more Ukrainian deaths.
Also in the April 20 session, the US House of Representatives approved a $13 billion aid package to provide military support to Israel in its conflict with Hamas. The aid will be used to strengthen Israel's Iron Dome air defense system.
