Opening Ceremony of Trang Y Communal House Festival 2025

On February 22 (ie January 25 of the lunar calendar), Dai Binh commune, Duc Yen commune and Tan Lap commune (Dam Ha district) held the opening ceremony of Trang Y Communal House Festival 2025.

Trang Y Communal House is one of the cultural relics dating back to the 18th century, a place of worship, offering sacrifices to Thanh Hoang and organizing folk cultural festivals of the people of Dai Binh commune and neighboring areas.

Trang Y communal house festival is held with the following ceremonies: Announcement ceremony, God procession, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food procession, Thanh Hoang enthronement ceremony, Thanh Hoang naturalization ceremony, indictment ceremony, singing and dancing during the ceremony.

The festival is attractive with traditional folk games such as: playing chess, tug of war, cockfighting, blindfolded pot-kicking, stick pushing, Nha to singing, singing and dancing at the communal house, love songs, flower dancing...
