(Dan Tri) - The mixed-use complex of commercial, service and cultural centers at 148 Giang Vo, Ba Dinh District ( Hanoi ) has an area of over 6.8 hectares and a maximum height of 40 floors.

Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 6490 on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 Land Use Plan of Ba Dinh district.

According to the decision, Hanoi City added a project to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Ba Dinh District, which is a mixed-use complex of commercial, service and cultural centers in Giang Vo Ward with an area of over 6.8 hectares.

In addition, Hanoi will adjust the allocation of land areas in 2024, specifically agricultural land is 1.6 hectares, accounting for 0.17%; non- agricultural land is more than 916 hectares, accounting for 99.52%; unused land is 2.8 hectares, accounting for 0.31%. In 2024, there is no plan to reclaim and change land use purposes.

In addition, Hanoi City also adjusted the number of projects and areas in previous decisions of the City People's Committee to 57 projects, with an area of more than 31.8 hectares.

Previously, in July, Hanoi City issued a decision to adjust the planning, allowing the construction of a complex with a maximum height of 40 floors (reduced by 10 floors) at the 148 Giang Vo project. There are no more houses in it (in the 2016 decision, this project had a population of over 7,300 people with 10 apartment buildings, 50 floors high).

The total land area remains unchanged at over 6.8 hectares. However, Hanoi has adjusted the main criteria for accommodation functions and land area for commercial, service and mixed-use buildings.

Instead, the area of commercial service land was adjusted, increasing to nearly 2.1 hectares. Mixed-use land decreased by about 3 hectares, down to just nearly 1.3 hectares. Land for inter-level schools and green trees only had slight changes. Of which, school land was 0.88 hectares, and landscape green trees was 0.56 hectares.
