Kim Oanh Group received the Decision approving the investment policy of One World project.

On this occasion, Kim Oanh Group also signed an Investment Cooperation Agreement for the One World Urban Area Project with three partners: Sumitomo Forestry Group, Kumagai Gumi Group, and NTT Urban Development Company.

At the same time, Kim Oanh Group also signed a Cooperation Agreement to Develop a Commercial Center at the One World Urban Area Project with AEON Vietnam Company (a member of AEON Japan Group). All 4 partners signed with Kim Oanh Group this time are leading corporations from Japan.

The One World Urban Area Project has a scale of nearly 50 hectares and a total investment of more than 1 billion USD. The project is located between major roads including: Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13), Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ring Road 3, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

According to the signed agreement, the project's cooperation structure will be divided in the ratio of Kim Oanh Group holding 51% of shares; three Japanese partners including Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi and NTT holding 49% of shares. AEON Vietnam will develop and operate a large-scale high-end shopping mall right in the One World urban area.
