Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect the reception of aid goods from the Indian Government for Tuyen Quang province.

Earlier in the morning of September 16, the Indian Government used a special plane to send 35 tons of essential supplies to promptly support the Vietnamese people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. The above goods were distributed to Tuyen Quang and Lang Son provinces.

The Indian government has provided Tuyen Quang province with a shipment of 1,500 water purifiers, 500 water tanks with valves, thousands of blankets, mosquito nets, solar flashlights, water tanks and cooking utensils worth over 500,000 USD.

These are practical items that help Tuyen Quang province and people overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

At the reception, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen The Giang requested the Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross to coordinate and preside with agencies to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to bring goods to disaster areas as well as affected people; coordinate and distribute aid goods directly to each person, to the right target, to help people stabilize their lives and restore production after natural disasters.
