Some districts in Ho Chi Minh City will have water cut off in the coming days.

On June 23, Phu Hoa Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced that it will temporarily stop supplying water to some areas in Ward 1 and Ward 2 (District 11) from 10:00 p.m. on June 24 to 4:00 a.m. on June 25.

The water outage is to support the connection, sealing and destruction of water supply pipes belonging to the project of Upgrading and renovating the Hong Bang road pipeline ( Phu Tho to Minh Phung).

Areas with water outages during the above period include: Lac Long Quan (section from 45 Lac Long Quan to Phu Tho) and related alleys. Hong Bang Street (section from 708 Hong Bang to Minh Phung) and related alleys.

Han Hai Nguyen Street (section from Minh Phung to 456 Han Hai Nguyen) and related alleys; Phu Tho Street (section from Lac Long Quan to Hong Bang) and related alleys; Minh Phung Street (section from Han Hai Nguyen to Hong Bang) and related alleys.

In District 1, Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company also interrupted water supply in some areas to carry out renovation work on old, clogged pipes in front of 14C Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ben Thanh Ward.

Water interruption period is 3 days, from 10pm on June 23 to 5am on June 24; from 10pm on June 24 to 5am on June 25; from 10pm on June 25 to 5am on June 26. The affected area of water interruption is in Ben Thanh ward.
