US confirms Ukraine progress in south

According to TASS, Russian troops repelled Ukrainian attacks near Robotyne (10 km south of Orikhiv) and Verbove (18 km southeast of Orikhi).

However, Mr. John Kirby, spokesman for the White House National Security Council, said yesterday that the US recorded some notable progress by the Ukrainian armed forces in Zaporizhzhia in the past 72 hours.
