Stop providing infrastructure services at the oldest industrial park in the South

TPO - The management unit of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park will stop providing technical infrastructure services including electricity, water, wastewater treatment... from August 1, so that Dong Nai province can implement the project to convert functions.

On July 14, Sonadezi Corporation, the management unit of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, sent a notice to businesses operating in this Industrial Park that it will stop providing technical infrastructure services including electricity, water, wastewater treatment... from August 1, 2025.

Accordingly, in order to implement the Project of Converting the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improving the environment, Sonadezi Corporation requests enterprises to urgently contact the corporation to complete the procedures for liquidating land lease contracts and using technical infrastructure. After liquidating the contracts, enterprises will proactively relocate assets according to the roadmap so that Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee can implement the conversion project.

The priority area for implementation has an area of about 154/329 hectares, which is the land planned to build the Urban - Commercial - Service Area and the Political - Administrative Urban Area of the province. Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to complete compensation and site clearance for enterprises in the priority area before August 1, 2025.

Before December 1, 2025, Dong Nai province must complete site clearance for the entire Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park with a total area of about 329 hectares.
