Keppel's man sits in the General Director position of Khang Dien's subsidiary

Mr. Lee Leong Seng is the General Director of Binh Trung Moi Real Estate Company Limited - a subsidiary of Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (KDH) and the investor of the Binh Trung Dong Ward housing project (BTĐ1).

Binh Trung Moi Company has a charter capital of 3,390 billion VND, with the largest shareholder Binh Trung Company contributing nearly 3,387 billion VND, equivalent to 99.9%, by land use rights for the project in Binh Trung Dong ward.

In July 2023, Binh Trung Moi Company changed its shareholder structure after the old shareholder group transferred 41% of its capital to a partner, the transfer value was VND 1,661 billion, the profit difference between the total transfer price and the book value of the assets was nearly VND 875 billion. Khang Dien House indirectly owns 50.95% and has a voting ratio of 51% at Binh Trung Moi Company.

According to the business registration, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong is the Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Binh Trung Moi Company. Ms. Duong is the Deputy General Director of Khang Dien House. The General Director of Binh Trung Moi is Mr. Lee Leong Seng, currently the Director of the Residential Real Estate Development Department, Real Estate Division, Keppel Vietnam.

The Binh Trung project cluster, Thu Duc, is designed to include two projects: the Binh Trung Dong Ward residential area (BTĐ1) with a scale of nearly 5.8 hectares (commercial name of the Clarita project) mentioned above and BTĐ2 with a scale of 6 hectares (commercial name of the Emeria project). Both projects are developed by a joint venture with Keppel Group (Singapore), currently implementing infrastructure construction.

Khang Dien House's financial report at the end of the second quarter of 2024 shows that the inventory of Binh Trung Dong 1 project is more than 1,117 billion VND.

According to SSI Research report, after cooperating with partner Keppel Land, Khang Dien started construction of the Clarita and Emeria projects in October 2023. The company is applying for sales licenses for these two projects.

It is expected that Nha Khang Dien will start selling low-rise apartments of the two above projects in October 2024.
