VOV.VN - The Van Canh clean water project in Van Canh town, Van Canh mountainous district, Binh Dinh province, invested 7 billion VND and put into operation in 2013. However, since 2014, this project has stopped operating until now. Currently, the hot weather is prolonged, there is a lack of domestic water, but a clean water project with an investment of billions of VND is "standing idle", wasting investment money.
