Binh Phuoc Ward deploys mobile support point for people in issuing new land use right certificates

(DN) - On the morning of July 9, the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Binh Phuoc Ward deployed a mobile point to support people in issuing new land use right certificates at the Cultural House of Tien Hung 1 Ward.

People in Tien Hung 1 and Tien Hung 2 neighborhoods ( Binh Phuoc Ward) come to the mobile support point at the cultural house.

Through screening from neighborhoods in Tien Hung commune (old), more than 200 households have the need to register land, assets attached to land, and issue certificates of land use rights and assets attached to land for the first time. The Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department of Binh Phuoc ward organized 4 mobile points to support people in 6 neighborhoods in the area with high demand for new registration.

At the locations, the department's professional staff directly guides people through the procedures and documents for land registration and the issuance of new land use right certificates. At the same time, they guide people through the legal regulations on the conditions for the issuance of new land use right certificates and assets attached to the land.

Organizing a mobile point to support people in issuing new land use right certificates makes it easier for people to carry out new issuance procedures, avoiding multiple trips. This also helps local authorities to do a good job of land management after unit mergers.
