The leader of Phuong Liet Ward People's Committee said that officials and people have organized decorations and general environmental cleaning to joyfully welcome the announcement ceremony of the two-level local government model associated with the celebration of major holidays of the capital and the country.

This is not only a ceremonial activity but also an event of special significance in creating consensus and affirming the determination of officials and people in implementing the two-level government model, ensuring compliance with Central regulations.
