Highly determined, ready to successfully complete the mission in 2025

BPO - Recently, Thac Mo Hydropower Joint Stock Company (TMP) held a 2025 employee conference. This is an opportunity for all officers and employees to look back on their efforts in 2024 with a year that marked many outstanding and proud results.

Conference overview

Over the past year, TMP has exceeded the production and business targets assigned by the Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2), with electricity output reaching 820.63 million kWh, equivalent to 116% of the plan. The company maintained absolutely safe plant operations, with no fire or explosion incidents, ensuring safety for workers and equipment. In addition, TMP also contributed 229.71 billion VND to the state budget, continuing to affirm its role as a core unit in local socio -economic development.

Along with production tasks, TMP pays special attention to community responsibility. Social security programs, gratitude programs, support for disadvantaged students, etc. are implemented regularly, practically and effectively. This clearly demonstrates TMP's commitment to harmonious development between business and society.

At the conference, many opinions were presented by employees, revolving around improving working conditions, policies and promoting innovation initiatives. All opinions were acknowledged by the Presidium and all recommendations were fully answered, demonstrating the spirit of learning and accompanying employees in the process of building a strong enterprise.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of EVNGENCO2 Trade Union Nguyen Van Ngo highly appreciated the spirit of labor, creativity and solidarity of all TMP employees; at the same time, he suggested that in the coming time, the company continue to promote internal strengths, promote digital transformation in management, improve operational capacity, technical safety and ensure good living conditions for workers.

The conference ended in a warm and exciting atmosphere with the spirit of readiness and high determination of all TMP employees in successfully completing the production and business tasks assigned by the Corporation in 2025.
