Tourists can get to Phan Rang city by bus or train. If you choose to go by plane, you will fly to Cam Ranh ( Khanh Hoa ), which is the nearest place, 62 km from Phan Rang. From Ho Chi Minh City, there are many night buses running to Phan Rang city, ticket price is 180,000 - 300,000 VND/person. You can choose to depart at night, arriving at dawn is also the time to welcome the dawn.

Hon Rua, also known as Hon Tai, is located in Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province. This is a small beach in Vinh Hy bay, ranked as a national scenic relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in April 2022, according to the electronic information portal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan .
