The hundred-year-old house on Tran Quoc Toan Street (Hai Chau District) has two floors, and its old architecture is still intact. Outside, the massive house has faded paint and moss, adding to its ancient look.

Since early morning, many Gen Z photographers have flocked to the ancient house, surrounding the area in front and behind the house to take pictures. Young people said they have visited many tourist attractions and beautiful landscapes in Da Nang, but when they saw the ancient house, they were still attracted. Around the house, there are many beautiful photo views, especially on the 2nd floor.

Thu Yen (residing in Cam Le district) said: "This is the first time I have set foot in a hundred-year-old house in the heart of Da Nang. The old walls, old tiled roofs, and wooden window frames have an ancient beauty, beautifully imprinted with time."

"The ancient house has many beautiful photo angles, it is an extremely attractive destination for young people, especially Gen Z like me. Coming here, you can freely pose and take pictures with the ancient features of the house, creating many unique and strange photos", said Nguyen Thi Ai My - a student at Duy Tan University.

After more than a century and through many ups and downs, the house still retains its unique architecture, with 3 layers of doors and details in a bold Western style.

This is also a place that attracts students studying design and architecture because the house has a strong French architectural style. The owner said that the house was built more than 100 years ago, at that time cement and steel had to be transported from France and it took many years to complete. The house has been passed down through 3 generations, containing long-standing cultural and historical values. Even after hundreds of years, the house is still intact.
