Visiting and giving gifts to meritorious people in Bom Bo, Bu Dang, Nghia Trung communes and Dong Xoai ward

(DN) - On the morning of July 18, Working Group No. 11 of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, led by Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Doan Thi Thu Thuy, visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in the communes of Bom Bo, Bu Dang, and Nghia Trung.

Accordingly, the delegation visited, encouraged and wished good health to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Bay, residing in Hamlet 7, Bom Bo Commune and the wounded soldiers: Nguyen Tan Hai, residing in Hamlet 2, Bu Dang Commune; Nguyen Thanh Long, residing in Hamlet 1 and Le Quang Quang, residing in Hamlet 3, both in Nghia Trung Commune.

Authorized by the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Doan Thi Thu Thuy presented gifts worth 3 million VND/gift to the above cases.

Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Doan Thi Thu Thuy expressed her deep gratitude and appreciation to the heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Bay and the wounded soldiers who heroically devoted and sacrificed their lives for the resistance war to protect the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. At the same time, she hoped that the heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Bay and the wounded soldiers would continue to encourage their children and the younger generation to follow the family tradition and contribute to building a rich and civilized homeland.

Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Doan Thi Thu Thuy suggested that local Party committees, authorities and sectors continue to pay attention and care so that people with meritorious services in the area can have a better life in terms of material and spiritual aspects; thereby, clearly demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and affirming that today's generation has, is and will worthily inherit the revolutionary tradition of their ancestors, and unite to build a strong homeland and country.

On the same day, the delegation visited and presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to Hero of the People's Armed Forces Duong Duc Thung, residing in Dong Xoai ward.
