Thanh Hoa ranked 4th in the country in terms of the number of applications received on July 1.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On July 1, 2025 - the first day of implementing the 2-level local government model, provincial departments, agencies and People's Committees of communes and wards in Thanh Hoa province received 1,095 records (1,050 online records and 45 direct records) from organizations and citizens on the National Public Service Portal, ranking 4th in the country.

Of which, the number of records received at the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards is 339 records (24 records directly, 315 records online), the rest are received at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

In order for the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center to operate smoothly from the first day of implementing the 2-level local government model, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center organized professional training for officials and civil servants of 166 new communes and wards; developed documents and sample videos to guide the processing of records on the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System.

The Center also coordinates to support localities in arranging headquarters, brand identity, investing in information technology equipment, printers, scanners, queuing KIOSKs, surveillance cameras, network infrastructure systems..., ensuring the public service system operates synchronously, effectively, and best serves people and businesses.

Previously, on June 27, 2025, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center closed the Provincial Public Service Portal interface at https://dichvucong.thanhhoa.gov.vn to officially test it on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn from July 1, 2025. This becomes the only "one-stop" point providing national online public services to serve people and businesses in performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
