The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province has just reported on the situation of wages, bonuses and labor relations in enterprises on the occasion of New Year and Lunar New Year 2025.

According to statistics from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Gian Khau Industrial Park) has the highest salary paid to employees at 142 million VND/person/month. This enterprise also has the highest Lunar New Year 2025 bonus - 100 million VND/person.

Dong Duong Magnetic Materials Joint Stock Company (Khanh Phu Industrial Park) has the lowest Lunar New Year 2025 bonus of 300,000 VND/person.

Regarding the 2025 New Year bonus, Phuc Loc Industrial Park Investment and Development Corporation has the highest New Year bonus, at 2 million VND. Adora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd., Aurora Vietnam Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. and Phoenix Garment Co., Ltd. (Tam Diep Industrial Park) have the lowest New Year bonus: 50,000 VND.

According to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province, since the beginning of 2024, businesses in the area have proactively developed plans and fully paid agreed and committed wages in labor contracts; the average salary in all types of businesses has increased compared to 2023, and the situation of unpaid wages to employees has not lasted long.

The enterprise with the highest salary among the LLCs with 100% state capital is the Bac - Trung - Nam Chemical LLC, with the highest salary of 21 million VND/person/month; the lowest is the Ninh Binh Solid Waste Treatment Plant, with a salary of 3.9 million VND/person/month.

Binh Dien Ninh Binh Joint Stock Company (Khanh Phu Industrial Park) has the highest salary of 55 million VND/person/month among the state-owned enterprises. The lowest salary in this group is Ninh Binh Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company (Ninh Binh City), with a salary of 4.6 million VND/person/month.

In the private enterprise sector, the highest salary is at Vietnam Medical Plastics Joint Stock Company, 82 million VND/person/month; the lowest is at Thanh Cong Auto Service and Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (TCMS), 3.86 million VND/person/month.

For foreign-invested enterprises, Sanico Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Gia Van Industrial Park, Gia Vien District) has the highest salary of 189.2 million VND/person/month and Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Gian Khau Industrial Park) has a salary of 142 million VND/person/month;

By the end of 2024, Ninh Binh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company owed 51 employees' salaries, amounting to 2 billion VND.
