According to VNA correspondent in Israel, on July 29, Vietnamese Ambassador to Israel Ly Duc Trung visited and worked at the headquarters of TytoCare company, located in the high-quality service technology industrial cluster of Netanya city - north of Tel Aviv. This is Israel's pioneering medical technology company in the field of remote health care.
TytoCare was founded in 2012 and is working with more than 240 health systems, insurance organizations, pharmaceutical distributors and strategic partners in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
To date, TytoCare has partners in 25 countries, with 1.6 million patients using the TytoCare platform. The company has a revenue of about 82.9 million USD (2023), with a team size of about 250-270 employees.
TytoCare has developed a smart handheld device certified by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Commission (CE), allowing for accurate and comprehensive remote medical examinations.

This solution integrates a huge clinical data warehouse combined with artificial intelligence (AI) applications to help doctors diagnose remotely effectively - including listening to the heart, lungs, examining the ears, throat, abdomen, measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen levels and many other indicators.
TytoCare is partnering with leading health insurance organizations and service providers to deploy Home Smart Clinic solutions - a high-quality, convenient primary health care model right at home without reducing treatment effectiveness.
These solutions enable remote clinical examinations, are suitable for many forms of primary healthcare, and can be customized for specific populations or communities.
Combined with Tyto Insight - an AI-based diagnostic and support system, and Tyto Engagement Labs - a user journey and interaction framework, TytoCare helps expand more equitable healthcare access globally and supports healthcare organizations in achieving their key performance indicators (KPIs).
TytoCare's solutions show outstanding effectiveness, helping diagnose 59% more accurately than conventional audio and video telemedicine consultations, while contributing to a 7-25% reduction in medical examination and health care costs.
TytoCare, which has its equipment manufacturing plant in the Philippines, has deployed SpaceX's Starlink service to overcome limitations in areas with limited access to regular Internet service.
At the meeting, Ambassador Ly Duc Trung expressed his impression of the digital healthcare solutions that TytoCare is implementing, especially the ability to diagnose and provide remote healthcare accurately, conveniently and effectively.
In the context of Vietnam promoting comprehensive digital transformation, especially in the healthcare sector, the Ambassador believes that TytoCare's advanced technologies will have great potential to be applied in Vietnam - especially in remote areas where people still face many difficulties in accessing quality healthcare services.
When the solution is fully and comprehensively deployed, it can turn every school, classroom, medical station, train station waiting room, wharf, etc. into a mobile clinic with a set of handheld devices equivalent to a small medicine cabinet and first aid kit of a family, shop, or small store. Thereby actively contributing to the completion of the set goal that each citizen will receive a general health check-up at least once a year, and deploy it to the entire population in the near future.
Mr. Tamir Gotfried - Vice President of External Affairs, Director of Business and Strategy of TytoCare, said that with experience in more than 25 countries, including Asian countries such as Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines, TytoCare's Smart Home Clinic model and telemedicine solutions can be completely suitable and contribute effectively to the Vietnamese healthcare system.
TytoCare is looking forward to cooperating with Vietnamese partners - from regulatory agencies to healthcare service providers and insurance organizations - to build a sustainable digital healthcare ecosystem and aim for equal healthcare for all people.
Ambassador Ly Duc Trung's meeting opened up many potentials for cooperation in the field of digital healthcare between Vietnam and Israel, especially in the context that Vietnam is promoting digital transformation and improving the quality of healthcare in the community, especially in areas with difficult access to traditional healthcare services./.
