Dak Lak province (new) disburses more than 3,700 billion VND in public investment capital

According to the Department of Finance, in the first 6 months of 2025, Dak Lak province (new) has disbursed more than 3,707 billion VND (reaching 30.4% of the plan). Of which, the central budget reached 28.1% of the plan; local budget capital reached 33.9% of the plan.

The total public investment plan for 2025 assigned to Dak Lak province (new) is nearly 14,830 billion VND (central budget: more than 7,628 billion VND; local budget: more than 7,201 billion VND). Of which, the capital assigned to implement provincially managed projects is nearly 12,994 billion VND (excluding the old district block and the land development fund and survey fund).

By June 30, 2025, more than 12,189 billion VND had been allocated in detail to each project category (reaching 93.8%). Specifically: the central budget capital allocated in detail to the project was more than 7,316 (reaching 95.9% of the plan); the local budget capital allocated in detail was nearly 4,873 billion VND (reaching 90.8% of the plan).

The disbursement rate of the province's public investment plan for the first 6 months of 2025 has not yet reached the set plan due to a number of reasons, including a number of newly started projects in the 2024 plan, which are in the process of completing the paid volume of the 2024 plan in 2025; a number of completed projects that have been handed over and put into use are arranged in the 2025 plan, currently the investors are completing the procedures for approving project settlement and warranty work, so no disbursement has been made. In the 2025 plan, there are a number of newly started projects that are in the process of bidding for construction and installation, so there is no volume to disburse.

In addition, the coordination between the investor and local authorities to carry out compensation and site clearance has not been really active; compensation, support and resettlement work is still slow; planning of land mines for exploitation and implementation of projects and adjusting land use planning and plans are still slow...
