Although the storm's intensity has been reduced from a super typhoon to a strong storm, it still affects a series of localities in southern China.

In particular, coastal areas of Hainan, Fujian, and Guangdong provinces have strong winds of level 9-10. Winds near the storm's eye may be strong at level 12-14, gusting to level 15-16. The Hainan Maritime Safety Authority raised the storm response level to level 2 at 4:00 p.m. on November 9.

Due to the impact of the storm, many passenger trains in and out of Hainan have been suspended. According to a notice from the Guangzhou branch of China Railway Group, 45.5 pairs of high-speed rail lines around Hainan Island were suspended on November 10, and 2 pairs had to shorten their operating distance, including 28 pairs in Haikou City.

On November 11, 60.5 pairs of high-speed rail trains around Hainan Island were suspended again, including 37.5 pairs in Haikou City.

Also on November 10, the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region said that due to the impact of Typhoon Yinxing, the Macau Meteorological Bureau has issued a typhoon signal No. 3. According to regulations, primary schools, kindergartens and special education classes will be closed all day on November 10.

Meanwhile, two new storms, Toraji and Man-yi, appeared on the afternoon of November 9. After Typhoon Yinxing, China may continue to be affected by Typhoon Toraji. According to the forecast of the country's meteorological agency, Typhoon Toraji will move into the East Sea on the morning of November 12, then head to the sea east of Hainan Island, after making landfall in the Philippines on November 11.
