The famous culinary website TasteAtlas has just voted two famous Vietnamese dishes into the list of 100 best crustacean dishes in the world .

The skillful combination of ingredients has created the attractive flavors of vermicelli with crab and stir-fried vermicelli with crab, causing TasteAtlas to put these two Vietnamese dishes on the world culinary map.

Bun rieu

Bun rieu is a traditional Vietnamese dish with many regional variations. The most common is a broth made from bones, tomatoes and crab - the main ingredients to create a sweet and slightly sour taste.
