Today's session, the index increased by 13.4 points, equivalent to 0.96%. At the end of the session, VN-Index reached 1,415.46 points. Market liquidity is quite abundant, cash flow spread across many different stock groups.
In the group of large-cap stocks, Vietjet Air's VJC code increased the most with an increase of 5.56% to VND95,000/unit.
Hoa Phat Group's HPG code also increased by 4.66%, reaching VND24,700/unit. Trading volume reached nearly 77.5 million units - the highest in the VN30 group. The strong increase of this code is also the most positive factor affecting the index today.
HPG stock price is currently at its highest in 3 years, helping billionaire Tran Dinh Long - Chairman of Hoa Phat - also increase his assets by 164 million USD, to 2.5 billion USD. This asset is higher than that of Mr. Ho Hung Anh - Chairman of Techcombank (2.4 billion USD) and Nguyen Dang Quang - Chairman of Masan (1.1 billion USD).
