According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, in the design documents for the construction drawings to restore, embellish and promote the value of the Nghe Vet relic, which were appraised by the Department of Cultural Heritage (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) in Document No. 734, dated October 10, 2013, and the completion drawings, there is a signboard item with the content "Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa".

Therefore, the above mentioned plaque is a construction item belonging to the Nghe Vet relic site.

Therefore, the content of the stone signboard "Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa" was reported by citizens in early April, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa found this to be a technical error.

To correct this error, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa requested the People's Committee of Vinh Loc district to coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly adjust the content of the text displayed on the monument's name plate, in accordance with the content of the design documents that have been appraised and approved by competent authorities.

Re-install this signboard in the correct position shown in the completion drawing of the project to restore, embellish and promote the value of the national relic Nghe Vet.

At a regular press conference at the headquarters of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on the afternoon of April 11, Mr. Dau Thanh Tung - Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - directed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to re-examine the entire incident, clarifying whether the signboard was part of the project to restore and embellish the national relic Nghe Vet or not.
