The reason for the penalty is that Vuong Dat Company Limited organized construction without a construction permit.

Specifically: Vuong Dat Company Limited constructed a project without a construction permit for the H'Mong architectural guesthouse project (2 units), with an area of 65 ^m2 each.

Constructing a project without a construction permit for the Ha Nhi architectural guesthouse project (2 units), with an area of 125.0 ^m2 .

Constructing a service house without a construction permit, with an area of 50 ^m2 ; constructing a cloud viewing yard, with an area of 132 ^m2 .

Constructing a project without a construction permit for the project operation staff house, with the scale: brick walls, corrugated iron roof, divided into 12 bedrooms, total area of 324 ^m2 .

Construction without a construction permit for the security house category, scale: brick walls, corrugated iron roof, with an area of 27 ^m2 .

Pursuant to Point C, Clause 7, Article 16 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP dated January 28, 2022 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for construction violations, the People's Committee of Bat Xat district decided to impose an administrative sanction on Vuong Dat Company Limited, with an amount of VND 130 million. At the same time, it is required that within 90 days from the date of issuance of the sanction decision, Vuong Dat Company Limited must take remedial measures (Implemented according to Clause 16, Article 16 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP). All costs of organizing the implementation of remedial measures shall be paid by Vuong Dat Company Limited. If after the prescribed time limit, Vuong Dat Company Limited does not voluntarily comply, the authorities will enforce the implementation in accordance with the provisions of law.
