On the afternoon of May 13, information from the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police said that they had just decided to administratively fine the vehicle owner and revoke the driving license of the female driver who opened the car door while traveling on National Highway 1A.

Specifically, upon receiving information reflecting that the car with license plate 36A-905.XX was traveling on National Highway 1A (section through Bim Son town) without closing the entrance and exit doors, causing traffic insecurity, the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated with relevant units to verify the incident.

It was determined that at around 2:30 p.m. on May 12, at Km 293 National Highway 1A, Ms. NTH (born in 1989, residing in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa) was driving a car with license plate 36A-905.XX, carrying a billboard. Because the billboard was too large, Ms. H opened the rear door on the right side of the car to transport it.

The Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province fined the female driver 1.4 million VND and the vehicle owner 6 million VND, and the female driver had her driver's license revoked for 2 months, for the following violations: Not closing the vehicle door while driving, and carrying goods exceeding the vehicle's outer dimensions.
