On the morning of May 17, the Command of Coast Guard Region 1 and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission organized a gift-giving ceremony in Thai Thuy and Tien Hai districts. 200 gifts worth 200 million VND were presented to families with meritorious services, religious people, and fishermen in difficult circumstances in Thai Thuy and Tien Hai districts. In addition, the Coast Guard Region 1 Command and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission presented national flags to fishermen in Tien Hai district.
This is an activity within the program of coordination to implement the mass mobilization work "Coast Guard accompanies fishermen" between the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Coast Guard Party Committee.
