Attractive investment environment, destination for large-scale projects

Mr. Truong Van Tien, Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Ninh Thuan province, said that up to now, Ninh Thuan province has 491 investment projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 247,700 billion, including 44 FDI projects with a total capital of more than VND 40,000 billion.

Promoting investment promotion, in the first 5 months of 2025, the Center advised the Provincial People's Committee to organize 4 investment promotion activities, connecting and working with more than 120 businesses, investors and diplomatic organizations such as the Vietnamese Embassy in China, Korea, Indian Consulate, SK Group, Ramid, Dai Dung... At the same time, supporting 66 businesses and investors to complete investment and business procedures.

Up to now, in addition to 3 major projects that have been started, the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province has approved the investment policy for 13 projects with a total registered capital of more than 761 billion VND; approved the list and investment policy to bid for 2 large-scale projects with a total capital of more than 56,000 billion VND, of which the Ca Na LNG Thermal Power Plant project is inviting international bids.

Accelerating investment attraction in key areas

Ninh Thuan aims for GRDP growth of 13.5% in 2025. The province continues to implement the policy of developing Ninh Thuan into the country's energy center in conjunction with implementing the VIII Power Plan, preparing to restart the Nuclear Power Plant Project and completing the Project to build an inter-regional renewable energy service and industrial center.

Vinh Hy Bay, Ninh Thuan province has many advantages for tourism development.

The province prioritizes attracting investment in key projects such as solar power (1,974 MW), wind power (1,039 MW), LNG Ca Na (1,500 MW) and hydrogen.

The provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, has been approved, orienting Ninh Thuan to become a “Land of Convergence of Distinctive Values”, with 5 breakthrough industries: energy, high-quality tourism, processing and manufacturing industry, high-tech agriculture and real estate. These are key areas that create competitiveness and outstanding growth potential for Ninh Thuan in the future.
